Bio­gra­phie

Rat­ch­a­poom Boon­bunchacho­ke is a Thai film­ma­ker. Born, brought up, and based in Bang­kok. In 2020, Rat­ch­a­poom was sel­ec­ted to par­ti­ci­pa­te in Ber­li­na­le Talents pro­gram. His short film “Red Anins­ri; Or, Tip­to­e­ing on the Still Trembling Ber­lin Wall” was sel­ec­ted to com­pe­te at Locar­no 2020 which won Juni­or Jury award. In 2021, his first fea­ture pro­ject “A Useful Ghost” par­ti­ci­pa­ted in Open Doors Hub at Locar­no and won the top pri­ze ‘Pro­duc­tion Support’.
