Bio­gra­phie

Vik­tor Schimpf is a wri­ter, direc­tor and pro­du­cer based in Ger­ma­ny. He stu­di­ed Docu­men­ta­ry Direc­ting at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Tele­vi­si­on and Film Munich, as well as film stu­dies at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Vien­na. He work­ed as an assistant to edi­tor Kari­na Ress­ler (“Revan­che”, “Lour­des”) and his films were pre­mie­red at seve­ral inter­na­tio­nal film fes­ti­vals, like Encoun­ters, Visi­ons du Réel, Camer­image and DOK.fest Munich.
