Eine 360°-Doku über Luxem­burgs ältes­tes Kino, das Cine­Kur­saal von 1911. Es hat Krie­ge, tech­no­lo­gi­sche Neue­run­gen und Pan­de­mien über­stan­den, dank der Hin­ga­be sei­nes Eig­ners Ray­mond Mas­sard. Der Film mischt per­sön­lich Anek­do­ten, Archiv­ma­te­ri­al und immersi­ve Gra­fi­ken, um Ver­gan­gen­heit, Gegen­wart und Zukunft des Kinos zu ehren.

Bio­gra­phie

Davi­de Rapp, an Ita­li­an video artist and archi­tect, crea­tes mixed-media instal­la­ti­ons, movie mon­ta­ges, and video-essays bridging art, design, and cine­ma. Nota­b­ly, he show­ca­sed “Ele­ments” at the 2014 Venice Bien­na­le, explo­ring archi­tec­tu­ral fun­da­men­tals through 500 film clips. In 2021, he pre­sen­ted the VR expe­ri­ence “Mon­te­ge­la­to” at the 78th Venice Film Fes­ti­val. Rapp’s work has been fea­tured in muse­ums and film fes­ti­vals world­wi­de. He also foun­ded the crea­ti­ve agen­cy ‑ora­ma in Milano.
