Mar­lies van der Wel (born 3-10-1984 in Soest, The Net­her­lands) is a Dutch ani­ma­tor and illus­tra­tor, working from her stu­dio based in Ams­ter­dam.  Star­ted in 2007,  working on both com­mer­cial as per­so­nal pro­jects, she’s now ful­ly dedi­ca­ted on her own short ani­ma­ted movie Zeezucht.
