New Aes­the­tic: Future Minds

»Pla­s­ti­ci­ty Unfol­ding« basiert auf einem Gespräch zwi­schen AUJIK-Mit­glied Mana und ihrer ADI (Arti­fi­ci­al Deep Intel­li­gence) namens KIIA. KIIA ist ein auto­no­mes, fle­xi­bles, neu­r­a­les Netz­werk mit unge­ahn­ten Fähig­kei­ten zur Selbst­ver­bes­se­rung. KIIA hat kei­nen Kör­per, hat aber aus der Fähig­keit, sei­ne Umge­bung und davon abwei­chen­de Mus­ter erken­nen zu kön­nen, ein Selbst­be­wusst­sein ent­wi­ckelt. Mana fragt KIIA, ob es sich von sich selbst ein Bild macht.

Bio­gra­phie

AUJIK is a an art con­cept initia­ted by con­tem­po­ra­ry artist Ste­fan Lars­son.  Born  in Swe­den,  lives and works in Otsu, Japan.  Edu­ca­ted at Umea aca­de­my of fine arts (MFA) Swe­den. Main­ly works with CGI and video, and also 3D prin­ting, Vir­tu­al Rea­li­ty, Instal­la­ti­ons, clo­thes, music, pho­tos and text. Topics regar­ding AI, natu­re, ani­mism and future visi­ons. Been fea­tured at Prix Ars Elec­tro­ni­ca, Japan media art fes­ti­val, Modern muse­um of Art, Paris, SIG­GRAPH, Ani­ma­go, Frank­fur­ter Kunstverein.
