In “The Wolf” Bela gets lost in the forest, where she follows a wolf through his transformation into a werewolf. “The Wolf” is also a film about filmmaking, taxidermy, werewolf horror, digibeta tapes, non actor students, untrained animals, no-budget special effects, and a director who comments on her failure.

Biographie
Naama Heiman is a filmmaker based in Cologne and Tel Aviv.
She studied film and creative writing at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne.
Her first film, Picnic at Hanging Rock (2021), premiered at Duisburger Filmwoche, was screened at several festivals and received the Green Directors Award at Doclisboa. Currently she is editing her first feature documentary, My Life as a Dog, funded by the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW.
